Responsibilities:

DIGITAL MARKETING

  • Manages website content creation and updates.
  • Manages the updates and monitor the content of the preferred platforms and websites – PHG Meetings, Preferred Hotels, Preferred Family, I Prefer.
  • Work closely with Revenue team on management of OTAs communications.
  • Oversees collaborations and maximizes marketing opportunities with Luxury Consortias, ensuring accurate and timely communication onto platforms.
  • Manages and upload content on IPTV.
  • Create visuals for in-house digital screens.
  • Manages content on selected OTA sites and Google My Business.
  • Coordination of translations to Chinese, Japanese and Korean with translation vendor.
  • Work closely with digital agency and communicates reports internally as well as supervises action plans for improvements where needed.
    • Develop overall SEO strategies, involving keyword research, content auditing, competitor analysis and content gap analysis, SEO forecasts and link building activities to discover content topics to drive consumer engagement and audience growth to websites.
  • Prepare monthly reports.

 

SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING

  • Develop editorial calendar, imageries/videos and postings on the hotel and Food & Beverage social media pages.
  • Develop social media campaigns for impactful brand awareness.
  • Facilitates social media engagement and updating content in local digital channels (e.g., hotel website, travel sites).
  • Develops and executes promotions campaign in F&B, wellness & workout, rooms and event spaces through relevant digital and social media channels.
  • Engages in proactive online reputation management by surfacing relevant guest comments (positive or negative) in social media channels and responds accordingly.

 

INFLUENCER ENGAGEMENT

  • Identifies potential Key Opinion Leader (KOL) and executes strategies to drive hotel’s awareness in the social media space.
  • Oversee filming and photoshoot activities.
  • Manage monthly influencer activities report.

 

COLLATERAL

  • Review job orders from all departments and develop content for collateral creation.
  • Support in promotional and marketing efforts through the creation of all marketing materials, branding and logo items ensuring all branding and hotel guidelines are adhered to.
  • Coordinate and manage photography, working closely with Director of Marketing and Communications.
  • Ensure image storage and distribution systems are maintained.

 

Requirements

  • Diploma or degree holder in Business, Marketing, Communications or equivalent.
  • Minimum of two years of relevant experience in digital marketing for service industry. Experience in the hospitality industry will be an advantage.
  • Detailed understanding of digital marketing and social media landscape.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
  • Detailed knowledge of video and photo editing tools.
  • Good command of written and spoken English. Basic understanding of other languages will be an advantage.
  • Ability to work under pressure and be flexible
  • Passionate and enthusiastic with a positive ‘can-do’ attitude.
