Mercato by Jean-Georges

Mercato is a vibrant and laid back Italian restaurant with a menu of sharing plates from celebrated Michelin-starred Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten.

Located at Three on the Bund, the restaurant is designed by Shanghai-based Lyndon Neri. The space skilfully combines stylish and rustic, echoing the menu of “farm chic”.

The menu is inspired by seasonal ingredients, with tapas-style shared plates. Pizzas are made in the wood-fired oven and diners can enjoy breath-taking views of Pudong’s skyline along with cocktails and a broad selection of wines.

Mercato is a mainstay on the Shanghai dining scene and listed in The Michelin Guide Shanghai 2018 and awarded The Michelin Plate 2019.
