May Pendraat Kredner is a seasoned, progressive hospitality sales and marketing senior leader with international, strategic outlook and demonstrated track record of success. Her experience pans over 25 years mainly based in Asia Pacific with oversight of global markets. In her most recent role as vice president of sales and marketing at Rosewood Hotel Group, she focused on sales operations, revenue management, distribution, e-commerce and loyalty marketing, as well as provided expertise to support individual operating hotels and ensured the successful marketing of new hotel openings in the region across ultra-luxury as well as upscale brands.
She also held key roles with Marco Polo Hotels (rebranded as Wharf Hotels in 2017) after more than 20 years with Hyatt International where she held sales and marketing titles at Park Hyatt Shanghai, Hyatt Regency Perth and Grand Hyatt Hong Kong.
Her experience enables her to be adept at business development, change management and organisational structuring to maximize team potential as well as optimising an organisation’s bottom line and ROI metrics.
May graduated from Florida International University in the U.S. with a bachelor’s degree in hotel management and began her career as a corporate trainee with Hyatt Regency in Macau.
