Roy Lam is responsible for articulating the talent acquisition, retention and development strategies at Artyzen Hospitality Group and implementing a robust human resources platform to support the rapid growth of the company. He establishes the employer brand and journey and positions Artyzen as an innovative, reputable, diversified and socially responsible employer.

He has over 15 years experience in the hospitality sector and his latest tenure as corporate director of human resources development for the Rosewood Hotel Group saw him craft the employer brand platform for Rosewood’s then new brand and repositioned their existing brands.

He has also worked for Mandarin Oriental hotels, as well as other business sectors, with stints at Jardines, JP Morgan Chase, Diageo, KPMG, Cathay Dragon and Richemont, where he provided human resources counsel to help the organisations navigate the challenges associated with expansion, mergers and acquisitions, and re-structuring.

Roy has a deep interest in organisational psychology, mental health and talent management. He holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and a Master of Social Sciences in the field of Counselling from the University of Hong Kong.
