Stephen Chung possesses over 30 years of financial management experience. He started his career in Deloitte, then moved to Marriott International Incorporation where he worked for 18 years, his last position there was Country General Manager and Finance Director, China. Later he joined GCH (China) Limited as Chief Financial Officer and was then promoted as Executive Director & Chief Operating Officer managing the operations of Wyndham Grand PR and Howards Johnson branded hotels in China. Before he joined Artyzen, he was the Deputy Chief Executive Officer & Chief Financial Officer of Panama Colon Container Port Inc where he led the opening of a US$1.2 billion container port in Panama, this was the first BRI project in Panama.
Stephen holds the chartered accountant qualification in United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand, and Certified Public Accountant qualification in Hong Kong. He obtained his first honour BBA degree in Hong Kong, and then later acquired an MBA in United Kingdom. In 1995, he obtained a full scholarship award from the Hong Kong Hotels Association for a senior management development program in Cornell University in the United States.
