As Taikoo Li’s premier project in Shanghai, Taikoo Li Qiantan is a mixed-use development known for its innovative open plan and lane driven design. At the crown of the project is a 450m long outdoor running track which weaves between shops and functions as the top floor’s main circulation path, promoting fitness and wellness in the community.

Qiantan Leisure Park is the first riverside park out of the three green parks in Qiantan to open. Spanning over 266,640 square metres, 20 kilometres along the Huangpu River coast, the park is easily accessible by public transportation and provides an urban oasis for residents as well as space for leisure and sports with a running track and cycling path.
A landmark in Pudong Shanghai, the World Expo Park has seen many iterations over the years since many pavillions were demolished after the World Expo in 2010, save for four. The expansive park includes an ecological greenbelt, outdoor performance spaces as well as allocated areas for science, education, and culture activities. There are several new entertainment facilities such as the World Expo Garden, Shenyuan Garden, Twin Mountains, Shanghai Greenhouse, World Flower Garden, Grand Opera House, and International Equestrian Center.
The park incorporates Jiangnan elements, creating a perfect symbiosis of parks, forest in an urban setting.
The sixth Disneyland in the world and the first in Mainland China, Shanghai Disneyland has a total of seven theme attractions including Micky Avenue, Gardens of Imagination, Fantasyland, Treasure Cove, Adventure Isle. Tomorrowland, and Toy Story Theme Land.
In addition to Disneyland, there are Disney towns with free entry for tourists who would like to visit and continue their magical experience after leaving the theme park. There are shops and food courts built to the Disney theme, providing a place of leisure and entertainment for Shanghai residents.
Located in the old Shanghai aircraft factory, the West Bund Art Centre is a cultural landmark designed by renown British
architect Sir David Chipperfield. The expansive venue has world-class exhibition spaces and performance facilities, and is a popular event venue for high profile large-scale fashion events. West Bund Art Museum provides unique cultural experience of modern and contemporary art for both the local and international audience.
Located at the heart of Xuhui Riverside, along the banks of Huangpu River, Tank Shanghai Art Park is an integrated art complex with exhibition spaces, parks and cafes, a hotspot with the young and trendy. Tank Shanghai Art Park consists of five decommissioned aviation oil tanks from the city’s former Longhua Airport. A large openair park connects the industrial Art Park creating an inviting space where contemporary art, nature, and the city come together.
The Bank of Communications NEW BUND 31 Performing Arts Center, planned and designed by the world-leading theater design firm Theatre Projects (UK), boasts a 2,500-seat premium Grand Theater and a 1,500 sqm Black Box Arts Space, satisfying diverse needs for performances, exhibitions, commercial events, and other venue services in Qiantan.
