- Rates are subject to 10% service charge and 5% tourism tax.
- No refunds for any unused portion of package.
- Extra bed charge for triple occupancy not included in the rate. Please advise hotel if extra bed is required.
- All reservations must be guaranteed by a credit card. Upon check-in, hotel will collect cash or credit card pre-authorization with an amount covering the accommodation charges plus incidental deposit.
- No shows or cancellations made later than 6pm local time one day prior to arrival will be subject to one night’s room charge plus applicable taxes.
- Due to safety precautions, the tent-set up in the room may be removed for severe weather conditions.
