NIRVANA DAY SPA is Macau’s first free-standing spa, located on the second floor of Grand Coloane Resort. The spa’s well-fitted treatment rooms offer a unique ambience, taking you on a journey through Bali, India, China, Thailand and beyond!

Surrounded by lush tropical gardens and featuring a Jacuzzi and separate children’s pool, our outdoor pool complex is the perfect place to relax.

Whether you’re a serious lap swimmer or just want to escape the sun, our heated indoor pool offers a peaceful retreat. The accompanying Jacuzzi is ideal for soaking tired muscles.

Log your miles on the treadmill or do a set of bicep curls while enjoying views of lush tropical foliage. At Grand Coloane Resort, our excellent Fitness Studio is situated on the ground level, with windows overlooking the resort.

The gym is open free of charge to all resort guests aged 16 years and above. Locker rooms and a sauna and steam room are also available.
