Macau Explorcations

5. Each stay in entitled to one Little Chin plush toy. Back-to-back stays within 24 hours will be considered a single stay and will qualify for only one plush toy.
6. The spa credit can only be used for facial or massage treatments with a minimum of 50-minutes duration.
7. The spa credit cannot be redeemed for cash or exchange for products, or use in conjunction with any other coupon, offers or packages. Spa credit is non-cumulative.
8. Dining credit can only be used for items based on original price (a la carte, afternoon tea set, set menu and buffets) and also in-room dining
9. This offer cannot be combined with any other discounts, promotions, or cash coupons.
10. No refunds will be issued for any unused portion of the package
11. All bookings must be guaranteed by a credit card. No shows or cancellations made later than 6pm local time 1 day prior to arrival will be subject to one night’s room charge plus applicable taxes.
12. The hotel reserves the right of final decision in case of any dispute.

Macau Tower Observation Deck

1. Hotel will provide guests with QR code which needs to be presented when entering into Macau Tower
2. Tickets are valid only on the day following check-in and cannot be changed to another date once issued
3. Unused tickets are non-refundable and will be forfeited if not used within the designated timeframe.
4. The opening hours of Macau Tower are from 10 am to 7pm (weekdays) and 10 am to 8 pm (weekends and public holidays)

Macau Grand Prix Museum

1.  Upon check-in, hotel will provide email confirmation which needs to be presented when entering the museum

4. Museum Opening hours: Monday to Sunday, from 10am to 6pm (Last admission at 5:30pm).
   Closed on Tuesdays
5. Children aged 12 or under must be accompanied by an adult to enter the museum
