Café Bela Vista
Heritage Meets Flavour
Café Bela Vista, with its sunlit archways, mosaic floors, whirling ceiling fans, and white wicker chairs, is a beautiful tribute to one of Macau’s most iconic landmarks – the “Bela Vista”. Formerly one of the city’s most legendary hotels atop Penha Hill, it is now the private residence of the Portuguese Consul General.
Today, Café Bela Vista carries on the tradition of the Bela Vista hotel, offering a warm and inviting ambiance full of natural sunlight that is also very reminiscent of quaint cafés on the streets of Portugal.
Dine like a local at our café, where you can enjoy authentic Macanese, Portuguese and Asian specialties for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Indulge in our daily semi-buffet lunch or sumptuous seafood dinner buffet throughout the weekend from Fridays to Sundays. Cantonese Heritage Reimagined
Established in 1984 and refined over the years as one of Macau’s finest Chinese restaurants Kam Lai Heen continues to pay homage to its legacy while embracing contemporary interpretations of Cantonese cuisine. The restaurant reinterprets heritage dishes through traditional techniques and modern elegance, showcasing sustainably sourced and rare ingredients to craft an experience that is at once nostalgic and innovative.
Signature offerings include the Crispy-Fried Dried Noodle-Fishes with Sakura Shrimp and Scrambled Egg, where savoury shrimp complements silky egg with a crispy finish,
and the Double-Boiled Australian Wagyu Beef Cheek and Turnip Poached in Herbal Soup, a clear, deeply flavourful broth that showcases the craftsmanship of traditional double-boiled soups. Contemporary creations such as the Tea-Smoked Crispy-Fried Chicken reimagine tradition with a playful twist of aroma and texture.
The dining space embodies this same philosophy. With golden tones, patterned carpeting, lacquered wood finishes, and the room strikes a balance between heritage and sophistication. Venture over to NAAM, our beautiful Thai restaurant overlooking the swimming pool and tropical gardens at the resort. The stylish indoor pond centrepiece and the views looking out over the pool are all a reflection of the name NAAM, which means “water” in Thai.
By day, the restaurant enjoys abundant natural light streaming through the glass panel walls and by night, NAAM is the perfect place to dine in tranquil surroundings. You may choose a seat by the window or a more private and cosy sofa seat.
Discover authentic Thai savours from all across Thailand on the menu. Our team of talented Thai chefs only use the freshest produce along with the finest herbs and spices. We highly recommend the stir-fried lobster in red curry, the steamed red snapper fish with assorted Thai herbs or spicy lime chilli sauce (Pla Ka-Pong Nueng Samoon Prai Rue Manow).
NAAM is a Michelin recommended restaurant by the Michelin Guide Hong Kong & Macau 2020 and has earned this recognition for four consecutive years. NAAM has also been named a “Thai Select Restaurant” by the Thai government.

Our Vasco – Bar and Lounge is named in honour of Vasco da Gama, the Portuguese explorer who set out to do what no man had ever done before – open a trade route from Portugal to the East. Vasco successfully bridged the East with the West in the Age of Discovery, and now more than 500 years later, Macau epitomises the perfect blend of these two extraordinary cultures.
The signature cocktails on offer at Vasco are each inspired by his voyages to and from the East. In a toast to his travels, we invite you to try Leaving Home, the Cape of Good Hope, Getting to Goa, Gate of Understanding, Asian Fever, Beirao Sling and more. Gate of Understanding is a special blend of Chinese rice wine and Portuguese Madeira to create a powerful, strong combination of the two countries – all in honour of Macau.
Vasco – Bar and Lounge is an invitingly warm and spacious setting for drinks and light snacks. You may sit around the bar, where you can watch our bartenders in action and listen to stories about Macau’s past or relax in a more intimate corner deeper inside the bar overlooking the streets.
