• The spa credit can only be used for facial or massage treatments with a minimum of 50-minutes duration.
• The spa credit cannot be redeemed for cash or exchange for products, or use in conjunction with any other coupon, offers or packages. Spa credit is non-cumulative
• Dining credit can only be used for items based on original price (a la carte, afternoon tea set, set menu and buffets) and also in-room dining
• Dining credit cannot be used together with other promotions such as Happy Hours, Theme Nights/Day discounts or special event at the lawn
• This offer cannot be combined with any other discounts, promotions, or cash coupons
• No refunds will be issued for any unused portion of the package
• Commissionable to bonafide Travel Agents. Travel Agency details must be provided at point of reservation for verification
• The hotel reserves the right of final decision in case of any dispute

Terms and Conditions (Summer Promotion)

• Each stay is entitled to one complimentary Bao Bao plush toy. Back-to-back stays within 24 hours will be considered a single stay and will qualify for only one plush toy.
• For bookings with two children in the room, two plush toys will be provided.
• Free plush toy is only valid for stay between 1 July to 31 August 2025

Terms and Conditions (Macau Tower Observation Deck)

• Hotel will provide guests with QR code which needs to be presented when entering into Macau Tower
• Tickets are valid only on the day following check-in and cannot be changed to another dateonce issued
• Unused tickets are non-refundable and will be forfeited if not used within the designated timeframe.
• The opening hours of Macau Tower are from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm (weekdays) and 10:00 am to 8:00 pm (weekends and public holidays)

• Upon check-in, hotel will provide email confirmation which needs to be presented when entering the museum
• Tickets are valid only on the day following check-in at 2pm and cannot be changed to another date or time once issued

• Museum Opening hours: Monday to Sunday, from 10am to 6pm (Last admission at 5:30pm). Closed on Tuesdays
• Children aged 12 or under must be accompanied by an adult to enter the museum

• Hotel will provide guests with QR code the morning following check-in which needs to be presented at MSC
• Package includes entry to the MsC Exhibition Center only. Admission to Msc Kids World and Planetarium 2D and 3D shows is not included and requires separate purchase.
