Quenino, meaning ‘little one’ in Malaccan Creole Portuguese, honours the region’s rich culinary heritage while embracing modern artistry. This degustation-only restaurant is led by Chef de Cuisine Sujatha Asokan, with a concept crafted by Melbourne’s hatted chef Victor Liong.
Focusing on Southeast Asian flavours, Quenino reinterprets the region’s diverse traditions with bold creativity, refined technique, and playful storytelling—offering an experience that’s both deeply rooted and refreshingly modern.

Quenino by Victor Liong is helmed by acclaimed hatted chef Victor Liong from Melbourne as well as Singaporean chef de cuisine, Sujatha Asokan. The degustation menu-only restaurant is a celebration of Asia’s culinary diversity, playfully serving up elements from across Asia while paying homage to their roots.

Café Quenino
Open day to night, this lively café offers floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the landscaped garden.
Indulge in all-day dining with an eclectic casual breakfast that combines the rich heritage of tea and coffee with the best of modern café culture.
In the evenings, Café Quenino transforms into a cocktail bar and gathering space, with a concept that celebrates the history and locality of Orchard Road.

The Roof Garden
Escape the bustle in The Roof Garden, a lively rooftop destination offering panoramic views of the West Orchard Road neighbourhood and the lush Bukit Timah Nature Reserve. Unwind and enjoy a tipple in the rooftop bar, where our resident mixologists serve up signature cocktails that you can pair with delicious snacks.
For a bit of action, dip into our rooftop “floating pool”, a 25-metre cantilevered infinity pool with a partial glass bottom and equipped with underwater speakers, creating a truly immersive and sensory experience.
